Looking for a part-time, work-at-home call center job? These
companies hire home-based call center agents on a part-time basis. Some
also may hire full-time agents. However, keep in mind that part time
does not necessarily equal flexible hours. Many of the companies that
hire people for part-time work at home jobs do so because they have
specific hours that must be covered (weekends, evenings, days, etc.).

Technical support and customer service agents work part-time and full

hour.

03-Amazon.com
Amazon.com's part-time employees (minimum of 20 hours per week) work in home call centers in certain states.
During November and December part-timers may have to work full time.

04-American Express
Some part-time positions are available for travel agents and call
center agents with experience in reservation systems work. Bilingual
agents needed also.
05-Apple at Home
This work-at-home call center program is part of the Apple Care
division. Use the keyword "home" in the company's job database.Pay
varies, but these jobs are in high demand.
06-ARO
ARO hires remote employees for full and part time work as customer
service, sales, and business-to-business telemarketing agents.
Additionally, it has home-based positions for LPNs and RNs doing telehealth work.
07-Asurion
This device insurance provider has full- and part-time remote
positions for call center agents. Pay is approximately $11-$12 an hour.
08-GE Retail Finance
GE hires in the U.S. and Canada to
review and analyze credit applications, communicate credit decisions,
and provide support for customer application issues. Bilingual French
and Spanish representatives are needed. Benefits include health, vision,
and disability.
09-Hilton Hotels
The Hilton@Home program hires (through the company's Dallas and Tampa
offices) full and part-time, work-from-home sales agent employees to
perform customer care and make reservations. New hires receive in-depth
brand and technical training and support. Agents bilingual in Spanish or
Portuguese can earn approximately $1 per hour more in some positions.
10-HSN
The Home Shopping Network offers, part and full-time work from home jobs in call centers. Inbound calls are
both sales and customer service. Full-time positions provide health
insurance benefits. Jobs are based in St. Petersburg, FL, Roanoke, VA,
and Nashville, TN.
11-Neiman Marcus
Retailer hires work at home call center employees for full- and
part-time jobs, which are often on a temporary or seasonal basis. Onsite

12-Quest Diagnostics
Company hires "teleinterviewers" as part-time employees to complete
interviews with life insurance applicants via telephone. Requires
working from the Lee's Summit, MO office for 6-8 weeks while training.

Call center agents handle
in-bound, customer service, and sales calls. The hourly rate is in the
$9 range. Part-time hours are a minimum of 20 hours per week. Applicants
pay $45 for a background check after a position is offered. Bilingual
